Talis Asset Management will offer TALIS
CHINA TECHNOLOGY 100 FUND (TLCNTECH100-X) from 20-23 July 2026.TLCNTECH100-X is a feeder fund that primarily invests in
units of the Rayliant-ChinaAMC Transformative China Tech ETF (the master
fund). On average over each fiscal year, the funds will invest at least 80% of
their net asset value (NAV) in the master fund, which is denominated in U.S.
dollars. The fund does not hedge against foreign exchange risk and does not pay dividends. The fund is
classified as high-risk funds (risk level 6).The
master fund is an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) listed and traded on the NASDAQ
Stock Exchange in the United States. The master fund is established and managed
by Rayliant Investment Research or Rayliant
Asset Management, with the objective of providing investment results that
closely correspond to the performance of the Solactive ChinaAMC Transformative
China Tech Index, which includes about 100 Chinese and Hong Kong-listed
companies in sectors such as cloud computing, AI, semiconductors, 5G, and
advanced manufacturing. The index uses a rules-based approach that incorporates
financial and innovation metrics to identify companies involved in China’s
technology sector. The master fund uses a “full replication” methodology to
track the Underlying Index, meaning that the master fund generally invests in
all of the securities comprising the Underlying Index in the same proportion as
they are found in the Underlying Index. The master fund generally will invest
at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Underlying
Index, as well as participatory notes that represent securities in the
Underlying Index. The Fund may also use total return swaps on the performance
of the Underlying Index. The minimum initial purchase of the funds is 1,000 Baht and the minimum amount for the next order is 1,000 baht. These funds are available
