Talis Asset Management will offer TALIS
SPACE TECH FUND (TLSPACE-X) from 10-15 June 2026.TLSPACE-X is a feeder fund that primarily invests in units of
the Global X Space Tech ETF (the master fund). On average over each
fiscal year, the funds will invest at least 80% of their net asset value (NAV)
in the master fund, which is denominated in U.S. dollars. The remaining assets
may be invested in or held as fixed-income instruments, deposits, or other
overseas securities and assets, provided such investments comply with SEC
regulations. The fund may also invest in domestic deposits, financial
instruments, and other securities or assets permitted under SEC rules. The fund does not hedge against
foreign exchange risk and does not pay
dividends. The fund is classified as high-risk funds (risk level 6).The master fund
is an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) listed and traded on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange
in the United States. The master fund is established and managed by Global X
Management Company LLC, with the objective of providing investment results that
closely correspond to the performance of the Global X Space Tech Index (the
Underlying Index). This index is designed to track the performance of companies
that play a key role in driving the growth and commercial expansion of the
Global Space Economy. The master fund has a policy to invest at least 80% of
its net asset value, plus any borrowings for investment purposes (if any), in
the component securities of the Underlying Index, which include common stocks,
as well as U.S. and global depositary receipts (ADRs and GDRs). In addition,
the master fund may invest up to 20% of its assets in futures and swaps, cash
and cash equivalents, as well as stocks not included in the Underlying Index.
The master fund is an index fund that utilizes a replication strategy to manage
its portfolio. However, the fund may
utilize a representative sampling strategy with respect to the underlying index
when a replication strategy might be detrimental or disadvantageous to
shareholders.The minimum initial purchase of the funds is 1,000 Baht and the minimum amount for the next order is 1,000 baht.
