Talis Asset Management will offer a new mutual fund from 9-16 December 2025 of TALIS ALL WEATHER STRATEGY RETIREMENT MUTUAL FUND (TLAWSRMF) TLAWSRMF The fund will invest in units of CIS and/or Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) that are listed and traded on stock exchanges in the United States. The fund focuses on investing in debt instruments, equities, gold, commodities, deposits. The fund will have a net exposure to such CIS and/or ETF units averaging no less than 80% of the fund’s net asset value (NAV) over the accounting year. It will invest in at least 2 CIS and/or ETFs (destination funds), with each fund not exceeding 79% of the fund’s NAV. The allocation will be at the discretion of the fund manager, depending on prevailing investment conditions or outlooks at any given time. The fund will invest in USD-denominated assets and will not hedge against foreign exchange risk. The fund may invest in investment units of other mutual funds of the other management companies (destination fund) in an average proportion in an accounting year not exceeding 50% of the fund’s NAV. Investment in such investment units must be within the investment policy framework of the fund, which is in accordance with the criteria and conditions set by the SEC.The minimum initial purchase of the funds is 1,000 Baht.
