Talis Asset Management (TALISAM) will offer 2 mutual funds from 13-18 February 2026, as follows:
TLWORLD-X is a feeder fund, and TLWORLDRMF is a retirement mutual fund categorized as a Feeder Fund. Both funds will invest mainly in units of the Vanguard Total World Stock ETF (the “Master Fund”) as their sole underlying investment. On average, per fiscal year, the funds maintain an exposure of no less than 80% of their Net Asset Value (NAV) in the Master Fund. The funds invest in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not hedge foreign exchange risk.
The Master Fund is an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) listed for trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE Arca) in the United States. The Master Fund is managed by The Vanguard Group, Inc. Its investment objective is to seek to track the performance of the FTSE Global All Cap Index (the “Benchmark Index”), a float?adjusted market capitalization?weighted index designed to measure the investment return of large-, mid-, and small?capitalization companies located in developed and emerging markets worldwide. The Master Fund employs a sampling methodology in seeking to replicate the Benchmark Index. Under this approach, the Master Fund invests in a broadly diversified selection of equities that are constituents of the index, in whole or in substantial part, and selects securities that, in the aggregate, are expected to exhibit investment characteristics and key risk factors comparable to those of the Benchmark Index.
